An introduction to Church life might be necessary for individuals who were baptized at a very young age but did not have any church experience following, or for those who were baptized without complete knowledge and understanding of the sacraments. Baptism is valid and cannot be repeated. Through an instruction in Church life, the person can join the life of the Church in a deeper way.
